OK, that would be my fault. I removed the global import of the lex,
bison, and testing tools to fix an installation problem. But I guess
something is getting tested that needs those. Let me try and find where
that is... an hour later... OK I tweaked the graph Jamfile.v2 to avoid
the problem.
