You need to make a vc-8_0_stlport toolset. Just copy the 7.1 one
(tools/build/v1/vc-7_1-stlport-toolset.jam) to a corresponding
vc-8_0-stlport-toolset.jam. Then edit it to replace the various
references to 7.1 to use 8.0.
