Nope doesn't work, I get:

error: intel-win initialization: parameter 'compatibility' inconsistent
error: an explicit value was specified in an earlier initialization
error: no value is specified now

With *any* <compatibility> entry in user-config.jam including this one.

I'm using cvs HEAD BTW in case that makes any difference.
