[Boost-build] Help debugging OSL/darwin regression

Shows some problems.  The command line doesn't include
-DBOOST_PYTHON_STATIC_LIB as specified by the Jamfile.  This could be
the same problem as exhibited by

Doug, could you check whether forcibly adding that option to the
command-line allows that compilation to complete?
