Boost-Build :

I am running into a mysterious problem, and, since I don't see anyone
else complaining about it, it must be something I did wrong. I hope
someone can help me figure out what.

I have Boost Build V2 set up (I have a file called boost-build.jam
containing the path to boost/tools/build/v2) and have been using it very
happily. However, recently, perhaps due to me updating to the latest
version of boost on CVS, I get the following behavior:

When I run bjam, it appears not to be finding my user-config.jam file.
Changing user-config.jam does not seem to do anything. Instead, bjam
finds the file "tools/msvc-config.jam". So I can compile with VC8 (and
get a warning message) but not with gcc.

Can someone help me diagnose my problem?
