OK, that's done, and in CVS HEAD.

And continuing, next would be compiling the Boehm GC into bjam, and
implementing the string collection callbacks as Dave suggested.
Anyone have an idea how to compile the GC code without using their
makefiles? There doesn't seem to be much docs on the
building/integration aspects.
