[Boost-build] Automatic configuration for Python

   The attached diff contains the following updates:
      - python-config.jam uses W32_GETREGNAMES to detect available
Python installations.
      - path.make is used on the detected path to prevent problems if
the path to Python directory ends in backslash.
     - minor typo correction to python.jam
