I think we went into sort of a weird spin about SVN. First we were
going to host it at OSL because we wanted to wean ourselves off of
reliance on SF servers as much as possible. Doug G. was going to
manage that, but then using SourceHaven to get per-directory
permissions started to look like a major hassle and we decided we
didn't want him wasting time on it. Then I set up an SVN server
myself and found that https authentication with per-directory
permissions was relatively easy to achieve with SVN's built-in
facilities, so we thought about hosting SVN at OSL again. Doug was
going to look into it, but I don't know what the ultimate status of
that turned out to be. Doug, Andrew, do you have anything to report?

Soon Boost Consulting should have a new server and we could even host
Boost's SVN there, although I think I like the idea of OSL's
infrastructure behind our repo. In any case, we have to get this
release out before we do a repository switch.
