You should not specify the file, but the _project_ which is generating
the header :-)))

For <implicit-dependency> see qtlibs/B/Jamfile.v2
Note:
You seem to use Boost 1.33.1 and Qt3.
Please add the Boost (and Qt) Version the next time. It makes remote
debugging a lot easier.
I recommend that you either get the current RC_1_34_0 candidate from CVS
or wait for 1.34.0 because we improved Qt support a lot since 1.33.1
The modified test case is based on 1.34.0 rc. If you get problems,
change qt3->qt in project-root.jam and delete the "build-project"
lines.
