[Boost-build] CW toolset state

Hi,
we have a ticket about V2 version of the CW toolset having differences from V1 
version:

   https://zigzag.cs.msu.su:7813/boost.build/ticket/34

Is anybody with access to the compiler willing to reconcile the differences 
and verity that V2 toolset still works and passes V2 tests?
