[Boost-build] Borland versions and brand names

Hi,
I'm again lost in versions and brand names, this time with borland.
Our regression tests use borland-5.6.4 and borland-5.8.2. Is this right
that those are command line tools that are part of big box with IDE and things?

Is 5.6.4 part of thing called CBuilderX? Is that product alive?

What is 5.8.2? Is it "C++ Builder 2006", as described on:

        http://www.borland.com/us/products/cbuilder/index.html

Is it save to assume that those free 5.5.1 command line tools are hopelessy out of date?
