[Boost-build] address-model=64 has no effect with darwin toolset

Hello everyone,

The subject says it all. Setting the address-model to 64 either does not have
the effect that -m64 is added to compile commands.

And another question: Is there a way to use the gcc toolset on Mac OS X?
