Of course. Volodya introduced the removal of temporary files (read: test 
executables) some weeks ago. This broke the python tests, so we now 
have a facility to specify an exclude list of files to be _not_ 
removed. You might take a look at tools/python.jam history for the 
relevant commits. I've found:
