I think auto-rebuild when using "release" is a bit non-standard. I suppose
you can do it by editing build-system.jam and keeping that modification
locally. I can't immediately imagine how this can be supported in a clean
Boost-Build list run by bdawes at acm.org, david.abrahams at rcn.com, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
