[Boost-build] Strip newlines when scanning #includes

As reported in

        https://zigzag.cs.msu.su:7813/boost.build/ticket/115

if a headerscan pattern ends with .*, it will capture newline character.
The attached patch, committed to HEAD and RC branch, fixes this.

Dave, this bug is reported by you. Would you please check whatever
use case you had works now?
