[Boost-build] include path of default toolset?

I'd like to be able to invoke wave from a Jamfile. In order to do that, 
I need to pass the wave executable the path to the standard headers. 
Somehow I need to get the include path for the default toolset. Can 
anybody show me the magic incantation?
