There is also some more information on the sourceforge suggestions/support
lists from the Boost project.
NOTE: The update on there may not be up-to-date with the latest BBv2
changes, so you will probably need to do some work to get it running with
the latest BBv2 code.
NOTE: The files on that site provide only partial support as I was not able
to get any WinCE code building properly out of the box with BBv2 like you
can do with Win32 apps.
I just tried to add a Wiki entry to document this, but I get a "Spam content
found, page will not be saved." error :(.
