[Boost-build] v2 vs. dllversion

I see that dllversion has gone away completely in v2. There is some 
mention of so-version in some of the Jamfiles, but no actual use for it. 
(That I can see.)

It's not hard to hack in the necessary support in the dll link action 
rule for the appropriate toolset, but I'm wondering if there is an 
officially supported way to do this that I'm missing.
