I'm using RC_1_34_0 from CVS, and it's there. Haven't tried MAIN for some
time now.

Isn't it available under $BOOST_ROOT/tools/jam? The runtime environment
(Boost.Build) should be under $BOOST_ROOT/tools/build/v2.
