[Boost-build] How to compile boost on win xp sp2 and vs.net 2003

I compiled the bjam and put it in the boost directory. In the Visual Studio.
net 2003¡¯s command line, I compiled boost like this bjam ¨C-toolset=msvc-7.
1, it just give me the tip that ¡­found 1 target¡­ and stoped. So I want to
know what¡¯s wrong.
