[Boost-build] BBv2 crash on switching to different MPI implementation

Hi all,

Building Boost.MPI using BBv2 works fine when using OpenMPI as the underlying 
MPI implementation, but quite oddly, if you switch to MPICH (v 1.2.7), BBv2 
gets upset and spews unenlightening error messages. The build script is the 
same both times, the only thing that changes is the name (and possibly 
number) of headers included by the MPI implementation. Even building with 
MPICH from a fresh source tree does not help.

Any ideas what might be amiss here? I've attached the error messages that I 
get with MPICH.
