Boris,
I'm concerned by this commit:

1. I don't you this addition was discussed on the mailing list at all,
2. This new file is identical to acc.jam, except for 'acc' replaced with
'acc_pa_risc'. I don't understand why this file is necessary at all.

Can you please clarify?
