[Boost-build] How to specify the build bin directory

Hi,

Reading through the Boost.Build V2 documentation I am unable to find how
to specify a location to place the intermediate files that are created
from compiling and linking an application into a specified location.

Reading previous messages to the Boost.Build list I believe that "bjam
--build-dir=location" should do the trick.  Other messages suggest that
this is currently broken.

I am currently using this version of Boost.Build:

Boost.Jam  Version 3.1.15. OS=NT.
