I've tried to add following line in user-config:

using gcc : mingw : "C:/Compilers/msys/1.0/bin/g++.exe" ;

Here is bjam invocation: "bjam toolset=gcc-mingw unit_test_example_01"

Two things:

1. Why gcc-mingw-mingw?
