I don't know about any compiler where 'iostream library' has to
be explicitly linked to. Maybe, you've misinstalled borland, or it's
somehow functionally limited version? What's content of .rsp file?
What happens if you run the same command on command manually?
Does the error goes away if you remove some of the options, in particular those:
-tWD -tWC -tWR -tWC -WM-
My guess is that this compiler has only some flavours of standard library.
