I didn't explain my situation fully.

I already knew it's possible to access path-constants declared in
root-directory. In my case, there are two different files, nomal Jamfile and
*.jam. In each sub directory, there are some *.jam files. I want to use
path-constants in those files, I mean *.jam files.

Root-dir) Jamroot - declear path-constants : root-dir
Sub-dir) Jamfile - just build it's own project, **.jam* - some rules, I want
use path-constants here

Thank you for your response though. :)
