Well, I have no targets, unless a project is a target, which doesn't seem
to be the case, since simply declaring a project (unlike exe or lib, say)
doesn't cause it to be built. All I have in the jamfile is "using gcc ..."
(with customizations), "project X ... usage-requirements <toolset>gcc", and
"build-project X". And as I just mentioned in another message,
"--build-project" is acting as a no-op.
