Hi,

I know this is a old problem, with lots of uneasy tradeoffs.
But, I'd like to see if that two actions type would exist:
shell-actions and normal actions. Where the second would have a much
higher limit for windows. Would that be desirable?

I can't fix my problem with --abrev-paths because the problem is not
the paths, but the defines. And rc compiler for windows doesn't have
the @ operator to pass arguments in a file, so it passes the 2047 char
limit very easy on a big project.

Regards,
