Sorry to say, that it doesn't. And I've been asking/wishing for such 
functionality for 2 years now and no one has volunteered to do the work. 
  What I've done to compile autoconf libraries in the past, and present, 
is either to just run autoconf for the select set of platforms that I 
support. Or to approximate the config.h creating at a rought platform 
and feature level. For the last approach take a look at some of the 
extension modules I have:
