Why would you need to do this?
The good thing about the 'regular way' Boost Build works is that all
generated files are contained in a separate folder and it is easy to
remove them, and/or separate them from other build results constructed
with different settings.
Generated header files are handled by Boost Build automatically
adding the build folder to the header include path.
