Hi Jurko,

One more observation: if I change bjam.exe to the one from boost 1_35_0 
(bjam 3.1.17), our builds fail - and when I set bjam from boost_1_34_1 
(bjam 3.1.140 back, all works again.

So apart from me using Python subprocess, there must be a change between 
3.1.14.and 3.1.17 causing this ...

Any thoughts - as it is difficult to reproduce.
