Hi,

Just a small update here too - as soon as I crack the 
<install-dependencies> bit I will look at this: with installed 
dependencies, I can run our regression test :)

So far I added a bit more code to the .bat file - but it still works ...

It might very well be something said earlier, that it has something to 
do with timings - what I see happening is that the for loop in the .bat 
file converts several other files with iconv and the comments from each 
for loop all end up in the first converted file, which is really strange.

One fix would be not to use output at all, but that's hardly a fix.

I'll be looking at this some more, so I'll get back to you.
