Do you mean your unit tests of your own programs which use the boost 
1.35.0 unit test framework? In a Jamfile, use the following:

import testing ;
test-suite tests :
        [ run mytest.cpp /boost//unit_test_framework ]
        ;

Or do you mean running the unit tests for all boost libraries? I have no 
clue.
