Hi,

 

 

Thanks for the support. These are the error messages I got when I tried
to build regex and serialization libraries on linux (Ubuntu) using
gcc3.4. However, when I use gcc4.1, all the libraries are built
successfully. 

 

Build regex library

Please elaborate on the issue, and others would be happy to chime in ;-)

I'm not aware of any known issues compiling for 1_34_1 under gcc 3.4 or
4.1 or ... for that matter.  
As I compile for ever flavor under the sun.

There may however be a couple of packages missing in your distro (linux
or bsd) which some of the internal libraries depend on,
however further information is needed in order to correctly diagnose.

Yeah, but he was having a problem building and this is boost-build,
isn't it? :)
