This list is "Boost.Build users and developers mailing list", so presumably,
issues that are not specific to Boost.Build tool are not exactly on-topic.
We can do some up-front triage of an issue to figure if a compile error of
C++ Boost can be a Boost.Build problem, or not, but if it's pure compilation
error, we basically not the people who know the answer.
