[Boost-build] System and Serialization Library for QNX using QCC cross compiler, Win32

Hi all,

I have problems compiling Boost.system with QCC cross compiler, under
Windows. Roland Schwarz used to help me succesfully with a similar
problem in the Boost.thread library.
The solution was to add "target-os=qnx" to bjam. How do I do that for
boost.system?
