Not only a "good thing" but a 'required thing'. Since the testers use
bjam 3.1.16, and the release will have 3.1.16. Anything else would
require doing a bjam 3.1.17 release which I don't have the time to do at
the moment. And would be somewhat dangerous at this point in the
release. And I was expecting to do the 3.1.17 bjam release at the start
of the next release cycle.
