   Hi all.

   I do not mind one way of the other... so everyone - please cast your 
votes... And since I do not

   Some options are:

   - template-depth
   - cpp-template-depth
   - c++-template-depth
   - cxx-template-depth

   As far and 'existing practice' goes... we already have the following 
features and feature values:

   - cxxflags
   - c++abi
   - hp_cxx

   So both 'xx' & '++' are not unheard of.

   If no one objects I'm going to commit the c++-template-depth variant.
