Ok, I'm missing os.environ for example. Seems like I have to add some 
conditional logic if I ever get to implement testing.py and qt4.py

Well, should we support "-" in Jamfiles for compatibility ? And add a big 
"deprecated" warning to it ? A simple mapping from "_" to "-" somewhere in the 
Jamfile parser would do...

Ah,  yes, now I see. I'll probably try and get svnmerge.py running on the 
branch... But manual merges make this nearly impossible, I fear...
