[Boost-build] building boost with intel9.1 compiler under windows xp

When I build boost 1.36.0 with toolset=intel, .obj.rsp files are generated 
and I am asked to select a program to open such a file. I don't have that 
problem if I use toolset=msvc, why? and How can I go around the problem
