[Boost-build] [PATCH] Test result dumping did not work with test sources not under the main project folder.

   Hi all.

   Since I guess the ban on tool modifications due to the Boost library 
1.36.0 release being too close has been lifted I'll post a few patches I 
have backed up.

   Description:

Dumping test results no longer fails due to test sources not being 
located under the main project folder. Added a corresponding unit test 
which can also be used as a focal point for future test result dumping 
tests.
