Hi,

I did it wrong, please excuse me. It should be

flags msvc.compile C++FLAGS <stl-security-theater>off : /D_SECURE_SCL=0
/D_SCL_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS ;
flags msvc.compile C++FLAGS <stl-security-theater>on : /D_SECURE_SCL=1
/D_SCL_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS ;
