Hi

I'm trying to cross-compile boost from linux for windows, and I'd like to 
disable the zlib and bzip2 support, but I've so far failed to achieve that. 
The documentation mentions the NO_COMPRESSION, NO_BZIP2 and NO_ZLIB, but I'm 
not sure how I should set these variables.
