Well, I think it's explicitly introduced in V2 :-( The real problem is
that now, both --toolset= and toolset= are allowed, which makes people
try to use --variant=debug and --link=static which are not allowed. So,
we want people to forgot --toolset=xxx is allowed. I meant to fix the
getting started for 1.37, but missed the deadline.
