On Skype, we have established that Andrew's user-config.jam in fact had
a syntax error -- the ";" was missing altogether. Fixing this,
and applying the fix described in:

        http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.lib.boost.build/19165/focus=19178

allowed build of boost.serialization for mips to complete successfully.
