[Boost-build] 'libboost_unit_test_framework-vc90-mt-gd-1_38.lib" not found

Hi,

I'm using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 on Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack
3. My Boost libraries is version 1.38.

I did a small unit test sample. However, I did not know how to use bjam.exe
correctly to build 'libboost_unit_test_framework-vc90-mt-gd-1_38.lib".

The compiler gives error that it cannot find
'libboost_unit_test_framework-vc90-mt-gd-1_38.lib".

I did build me own bjam.exe using C:\Program
Files\Boost\boost_1_38_0>tools\jam\src\build.bat

Then, I invoked the bjam.

C:\Program Files\Boost\boost_1_38_0>tools\jam\src\bin.ntx86\bjam.exe

After that, I invoked the bjam again.

C:\Program Files\Boost\boost_1_38_0>tools\jam\src\bin.ntx86\bjam.exe ^
More? --build-type=complete msvc stage

Please advice. Please tell me how to build Boost libraries (esp. Unit test)
for Window platform that works with Visual Studio 2008.
