The first command completes first time with no
"libboost_unit_test_framework-vc90-mt-gd-1_38.lib" found.

The first command executes seconds time with
'libboost_unit_test_framework-vc90-mt-gd-1_38.lib" generated. Some new
targets are found at second time build too.
