In practice, you can pick any nightly build, and don't upgrade until you
need some new feature of bug fix. The version in 1.39 is essentially a random
Boost-Build list run by bdawes at acm.org, david.abrahams at rcn.com, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
