Yes, Daniel James said the same about released version. You really should
use the one at:

        http://www.boost.org/boost-build2/index.html

or more specifically:

        http://www.boost.org/boost-build2/doc/userman.pdf

It is generated nightly and is likely to be most accurate source
of information.
