Okay :) In that case Hammer definitely must have additional naming
schemes to produce outside-world libs for devs that don't want or just
can't use Hammer in development process. The issue you describe is
continuous integration issue between developer that use Hammer to build
and another one that use VS and they need to always be in sync. Yes,
there will be a problem. But if second dev will stick on stable version
that he will not have any problems until new stable version of foo will
arrive.
